Welcome to the registration page for our 70th Platinum Jubilee Convocation and AGM of the Church of God of Prophecy at Bethel Convention Centre 2023.

Dear Delegate

We are excited to share our theme for our 70th Platinum Jubilee Convocation and Annual General Meeting: ‘Repositioning for Multiplication’.

Church of God of Prophecy Trust (U.K.) invites you to register for our 70th Platinum Jubilee Convocation and Annual General Meeting. Celebrations commence at 18:30hrs on Thursday, 19th October and conclude at 18:00hrs on Sunday, 22nd October 2023 at the Bethel Convention Centre, Kelvin Way, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 7JW.

Objectives

• We will worship in and through prayer, praise, and corporate and individual moments of reflection. This means our prayer, music and worship teams will coordinate thoughts and actions to ensure that the voice of our Lord is heard, understood, and shared as He directs.
• We will proclaim the word of life through inspirational preaching, spiritual and formational teaching to evangelise the unregenerated, renewal and reconciliation for those whose love has gone cold towards God and sound the call to ministry through the Holy Spirit.
• We will demonstrate biblical accountability of our collective stewardship in administering all of God’s resources in our custody through our Annual General Meeting. (AGM)
• We will be creative in planning and structuring the Convocation to allow sufficient time for fellowship, receiving of praise reports, and testimonies of deliverance and victory from our children, youth, adults and seniors.
• We will honour our foundational leaders and members, celebrate the present victories, and embrace the future secure in God’s word.
We look forward to welcoming you to this significant gathering in our corporate calendar.

Every spiritual blessing

Legacy of Faith: A Jubilant Journey Through Generations

In the heart of the UK, a tale unfolds,
Of pioneers with spirits brave and bold.
Seventy years of unwavering stride,
Their faith in God, they’d never hide.

A legacy born from the resilient trust,
A haven of spirit, in God they thrust.
Over seventy churches, each with a tale,
Echoing dreams that would never fail.

For seven decades, they soared, they flew,
Achievements many, setbacks few.
Community hubs, spiritual beams,
Their vision is alive, beyond dreams.

The archives speak of a journey so grand,
In unity, hand in hand, they’d stand.
Cultural impact, deep and wide,
In God’s grace, they’d always confide.

Yet forward they look, the horizon in sight,
With goals that burn ever so bright.
Foundations to deepen, faith to ignite,
A future that promises pure delight.

Technological strides the church does embrace,
With love and hope, they quicken the pace.
Stewardship, service, a mission so clear,
God’s word in the world, they hold dear.

In the church’s embrace, children do bloom,
Nurtured with love, dispelling all gloom.
Innocence and wonder in their eyes gleam,
Guided by God, they chase every dream.

The youth stand strong, vibrant and true,
Facing the world with perspectives anew.
Driven by purpose in faith, they stand tall,
With God as their anchor, they shall not fall.

Men and women, pillars so stout,
Their unwavering belief leaves no doubt.
Nurturing families, in love they’re immersed,
For God’s teachings, they always thirst.

Our treasured seniors, wisdom so profound,
With stories of faith, their lives are unbound.
Legacy bearers, through trials they’ve trod,
Guiding us all closer to God.

In the heart of COGOP, prayer finds its place,
Connecting with God, seeking His grace.
It’s the core of their being, the strength that they borrow,
Guiding today and lighting the morrow.

Stewardship and action hand in hand they go,
In discipleship’s steps, their values show.
Leaders lead with vision, with hearts always vast,
For the Harvest awaits, linking the future to the past.

With leadership firm in the guidance they stand,
Shaping tomorrow with a nurturing hand.
The Harvest, a promise, a goal to achieve,
With five values guiding what they believe.

This October’s call, a jubilation so fine,
At Bethel Convention Centre, let your spirit align.
Platinum Jubilee, the church does call,
Embrace the past, future, and all.

So come one and all to this grand convocation,
Celebrate God’s love and our jubilation.
Thanksgiving, appreciation, in our heart’s core,
With God’s grace, we shall soar evermore!
