Greetings, I’ve a few questions

1. In today’s culture we’re seeing confusion about what it means to be a man (gender neutral clothing for example) and views of masculinity have become blurred. How would you define masculinity from a Biblical perspective?

2. What & why are the 3 main responsibilities of a husband and father?

3. Despite the epidemic of male suicides there’s still an antiquated notion of what it meant to be a man. As men you are often told that ‘real men don’t cry’, real men don’t share their emotions (especially with other men), and that men need to ‘man up’ when the going gets tough. We all struggle with a variety of mental health issues (depression, anxiety for example). Can you share a time when the struggle was real for you and the strategy you used for dealing with that challenging time.

4. How can the women encourage men to talk and give them permission to be vulnerable without fear of being seen as less of a man.

5. How would define a Psalm 31 woman in today’s context.

How do we see the role of male within the home as a husband, father, grandfather?
• Balancing being a pastor, husband and father
• Balancing family and ministry
• Balancing family and life
• Balancing family and work
• How do you keep the excitement going in the marriage? Please feel free to add any others.

A few questions

One thing you are proud of as a father and husband?

A reflections of one thing you would do differently?

Is there a typical image of the church women?
What are your perceptions of women (mothers and wives) in the church in terms of roles and responsibilities in and outside the home? What has influence this perception?

Are there role difference in ministry for the married and single women in the church?

Are women in the church underdogs?
